Japanese style Salmon

This is a very quick recipe that i want to share. It’s very useful if you want to prepare something healthy and you’re in a hurry. It’s also very good to make kids eat fish.

salmonSlice 2 leeks and put it in a saucepan on low heat with 3 tbsp soya sauce.

When it’s cooked add 1 tbsp honey.

Add salmon cut in dices.

Serve immediatly with sesame seed on the top for exemple. Rice is perfect of course with salmon, or veggies.
