Super Energetic Healthy Bliss Balls

Healthy Monday Today my friends!

A thermomix recipe.

Not usual for me to share a sweet healthy recipe here but, that’s it!

healthy chocolate bliss balls by Peregrination Gourmande

I was so inspired by those bliss balls that I could see on all my aussie bloggers friends. In fact I have to tell you that I have a grandma recipe very similar to these bliss balls. The difference is that there is no dried fruits in my grandma recipe.

So this recipe is perfect for joggers, travellers or lunch boxes. Or pregnant ladies! Beacause there is added sugar. And no added lipids. You can thermomix them very quickly or in another food processor.

See? Everything is in the image! If the paste is too dry, just add a little peanut butter or a few drops of maple sirup.

A super energetic recipe of sweet little delicious balls.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup dates
  • ½ nuts
  • ¼ dried apricots
  • 1 tbs peanut butter (I always use the one that is organic without palm tree oil)
  • 1 tbs cacao powder
Instructions
  1. Put everything to mix and Voilà!
  2. Mix at speed 7 or 8 for 30 seconds. Scrap the bowl.
  3. Make the balls with your hands.

No in fact not voilà! Now is the dirty job where you have to put hands in the mess and make round balls. I tried to exploit gingerboy to make them but it didn’t work! Ahhhh children! They want to eat the cakes but work … that’s another story!

Enjoy the good and healthy food!
